frank, it's very snobby. However, it is a very nice place with a high standard of living and quality public services like education and such. I would caution, however, that the schools concentrate the negative aspects of the town. Its snobbishness, its cliquey tendencies, are magnified, so if you have kids, I would not advise putting them through the public school system. Also, if you're moving from the south, you likely won't fit in here well at all, and the winters will be very tough for you.All being told, it's a nice place, but the people aren't as nice. Tread lightly here.
