Quiet Nevada Mining Town 2.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) Living in Spring Creek, Nevada, located in central Elko County, can be lonely. Built to house miners, there is little to do in this town. The best areas in Spring Creek, Nevada are the local trails and mines, as well as opportunities for fishing. As a resident here, it can be difficult to meet others as the residents are not very open to outsiders. With this and minimal nightlife activities, seclusion and lack of social interactions can be a concern for some.

There local schools have low ratings and there are no nearby places for higher education. Living here, there is poor internet capabilities, which can be an issue for some considering a move here. For others, the quiet of this small town may be a pleasant surprise! About a 20 minute drive to Elko, Nevada, and to museums, casinos and parks, Spring Creek, Nevada may be considered home to you!
