I have loved living here in Soledad, CA. The weather, of course, is fantastic. It's kind of a small city, so there's not a lot to do here, but I like the quiet. The weather, really, though is the best part. The rain is only really in the winter and in the summer it stays pretty cool. I like that we're close to San Jose and San Francisco, but it is still kind of expensive to live here. There also aren't a lot of options for public schools, but I'm not a parent so that's not a huge concern for me. It's really pretty here, though and if you don't mind the drive, Selinas has a lot of shops and restaurants. I kind of like being a little farther in isolation because it is quieter, but if you want to shop or find nice restaurants or attractions, then Selinas is just 30 miles away.We also don't have to worry about bad weather here like hurricanes or tornados. I've been here for most of my adulthood and we've never had any huge storms.
