Best small beach city in California
I've lived in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Hermosa Beach, Venice Beach, San Luis Obispo Encinitas & Carlsbad SO i've been around! Solana Beach has a down to earth vide, art scene, big events, variety of beaches, shops/restaurants on 101, golf course, hikes in canyons, gorgeous lagoon, one of the main train stations in San Diego, the design district, the Belly Up concert hall and it's own concert series that over looks the ocean in the summer time, walk able to the Del Mar race track, walk access to the off leash dog beach that's seasonal, and if you look at the San Diego County map you'll see that Solana Beach is very central, all the schools are 10/10. My wife and I are Realtor's ... and we did everything in our power to save up and buy a property in Solana Beach West of the 5 freeway so that we could raise our kids here! Come say hi at

Great place to live in North County San Diego
Solana Beach is a small and less frequented part of San Diego County, but is undeniably one of the best places to live. Solana Beach is small geographically but has excellent restaurants, shopping plazas, and beautiful Pacific coastline. It's adjacent to Del Mar and Cardiff which are also areas that are well known for their shopping, restaurants, and beautiful ocean views. After living here for a year I can comfortably say crime isn't even a concern, the people are more friendly and pleasant than elsewhere in San Diego, and the residents are almost entirely polite albeit somewhat private which I personally like. You can easily ride your bike, go running, or spend time outdoors without having to drive. The entrance and exit to/from the 5 is never congested and is not far geographically from any given part of Solana Beach. Highway 101 is the other main road to enter/exit the area and is rarely congested or subject to significant traffic. From NY to CA Solana Beach is the best place I have lived so far.

      Amazingly Beautiful City And Weather
Living in Solana Beach, CA was one of the most incredibile times in my life. I am from the Bay Area, CA, so I love being around the fast paced city life. This city is full of entertainment and attractive locations. There are so many places to go to keep you busy. In addition, there is a ton of opportunity here for employment. There are many different start up companies here that will offer you employment. The only downfall is that the cost of living here has been climbing and it is getting very expensive.

The best places in Solana Beach, CA was the beautiful beaches. There are so many different attractions you can go and enjoy. The weather here is amazing and hard to beat any other place you go to. There are so many outdoor amenities and attractions due to the amazing weather. There are lots of retirees and immigrants here, which is a plus because there is a ton of diversity here, which I look for when relocating to a different city. There are very attractive suburbs here and recreation that is not at all hard to find.
