eel like everyone knows everyone else's business, but it is small enough that I feel safe letting my children play in the backyard. I know not everyone has that luxury, but living in Shakopee, my family and I do.
Besides the low crime rate and kindness of the locals, there is a surprising amount of thins to do for a town this size.
