Mildly warm Summer temperatures in the Summer, and mildly cold temperatures in the Winter, Sedro-Woolley has what I consider to be a balanced climate. This small town is located in Washington State's, Skagit County, and we are very close to North Cascades National Park. About 70 miles north of Seattle, this small city is somewhat close to the Canadian border. Living in Sedro-Wooley has been an overall great experience, very friendly neighbors and a peaceful environment make for a slower lifestyle.
Home prices in Sedro-Woolley are a lot lower than the rest of Washington State. There are a lot of fantastic eateries in this town as well. The best places in Sedro-Woolley to find food and drink are near State Street, close to Cascade Highway. There are many privately owned establishments, that have amazing food and attract regulars very often. If you are considering purchasing a home in the State of Washington, I would highly recommend Sedro-Wooley to those who do not mind the Northwestern rainy seasons.
