Sedalia Is More Than Fair 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I'm a State Fair Community College student living in Sedalia, MO at the Stone Creek Apartments and Townhomes on Thompson Boulevard. I've been living here for almost two years and I really love it. I think, for a college student, it's a great place to live.

The apartment is real ...Read More ly close to my school so that is very convenient for me because I don't drive and there is no bus. I'm also close to the places my friends and I like to hang out, like Starbuck's and Golden Corral on Broadway Blvd, and McDonald's and Kehde's Barbecue on Limit Ave.

My favorite thing about being here is the Missouri State Fair. I absolutely love the fair, and it is held every summer right next to my school on 16th Street which is amazing. I also like the Daum Museum of Contemporary Art, on the other side of my school, also on 16th Street. Having everything so close is just perfect for me. Read Less
