Sartell is home to an excellent public school system with great ratings, along with a competent and fair police force that keeps the community safe and aware of a ...Read More nything the residents need to know. The housing market in Sartell is good with house prices staying fair and property taxes staying reasonable.

The shopping, dining and nightlife scene in Sartell isn't great, but is fair. Most of the restaurants and bars in the area are franchises with only a few exceptions. Locals claim that this isn't usually a problem though and that they're able to have a fun night on the town when they want to.

The weather in Sartell is comparable to the rest of Minnesota and the Midwest. The winters are long, snowy and cold, and the summers are hot and humid. It may be worth noting for potential homebuyers too that Sartell is located near tornado alley and is subject to potential tornadoes during the spring and summer months.

Overall, Sartell is a great place to raise a family and an excellent choice for anyone looking to settle down in a reasonably priced and safe community outside of the city. Read Less
