San Gabriel: A Beautiful California City User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) I've been living in San Gabriel for a while now and love it so far. The city has everything you could ask for. Great weather, great opportunities, everything. Getting around the city itself is pretty easy because it's mostly on a grid and there are buses that can take you to most ...Read More places.

There are a few parks throughout the city where you can spend a lot of time relaxing when the sun is out, such as Almansor Park. Plus, Angeles National Forest is close to the city too, if you'd like to spend an afternoon hiking or bike riding. It's great for staying active too because even in the winter, it's warm enough to exercise without having to bundle up.

As far as work goes, there's a good number of options available for you, whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work. The downside is that the real estate can be expensive, even by California standards. But hey, it's too beautiful an area to worry about that all the time! Read Less
