Marina district in downtown is one of the most beautiful and desirable neighborhoods. Marina extends from Seaport Village and the Embarcadero to Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp District. It contains condominiums, townhomes and apartments ranging from a variety of styles, and prices. Its outdoor space including Pantoja Park, Children's Museum Park, Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade and Seaport Village make this part of downtown truly unique. Opening in November of 2013 The Headquarters at Seaport Village with fine restaurants and stores. The Marina is a quite walkable neighborhood. When it comes to the Marina District just remember Location is everything!
