Getting Creative in Roy, UT User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) The best thing about Roy, UT is the winter. I love the snow, the beautiful scenery, cross-country skiing and just the nostalgic feeling of being in the snow. I know the snow is not for everyone, but we do get all four seasons here. I usually spend most of my time outside in the summer hiking and getting my exercise. I love all kinds of sports, so I try to stay active skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. If you are a history buff, you may like the railroad museum or the aviation museum. We also have a children's museum that is guaranteed to entertain the little ones.

We don't have a lot of restaurants outside of the commercialized places to eat, but there are a few gems that might be appealing. If you like specialty hotdogs, I recommend That Hot Dog Place for a quick bite to eat. Read Less
