While we have great places to eat in Rome, I can easily get to Tennessee or Alabama an hour too. We can take the kids to the Aquarium in Atlanta, see the museums in Tennessee, and have dinner in Alabama, all in the same day. Skiing in Georgia, you bet! Some of the best mountains are in this region too.
Our neighborhood is full of life-long Georgia families who have the biggest hearts in the country. With four different state parks surrounding Rome, there is never a shortage of things to do. Some of the best areas in Rome are the golf courses, ballparks, and the numerous museums.
