A small town right next to the big city User Rating 4 rating By rivercityleo ( Sep 11, 2021) Robbinsdale is a great place to live! It has a small town atmosphere with a lot of amenities. What the city itself doesn’t have can be found in Minneapolis or in neighboring suburbs within a 15 minute drive. Two of the best restaurants in the twin cities can be found in our do ...Read More wntown along with a bakery, a brewery, and a number of other restaurants. This city packs a lot of punch for just under 3 square miles (including not one; but, two lakes).

A City That Should Have Been Great. User Rating 2 rating By Anonymous ( Jul 06, 2021) If you’re driving through Robbinsdale at first glance it seems like a charming place to live. Plenty of green vibrant trees, gorgeous lakes (of course, it’s Minnesota), and a cool downtown with a small town vibe.

Once you actually live in Robbinsdale, however, you come to f

As you get to know Robbinsdale you’ll see one block is full of halfway decent houses, the next block people have turned into a local dumping site. Trash litters the streets and the city authorities couldn’t care less.

They’ve recently completed a second installment of nice luxury condos, which would be a great thing for property value, however, the genius mayor and the cronies in office probably want to start having the appropriate amount of funding to accurately and safely police or no ones going to want to live in them and it will in fact be swallowed by Minneapolis and drug down with it.

Summers are warm and humid, but are usually pleasant. The winters are very cold, with one day being cloudy to bitter-cold. During the winter , we may get blizzards, freezing rain and hailstorms. The most snow we have gotten was 8-10 inches.

My kid's love to indulge in sports, so if you're interested in sports you will also love the major and minor-league sports teams. The amenities and attractions are modern with attractive buildings, clean streets, entertainment, nightlife, parks, museums, and other first-class cultural amenities. I spend most of my down-time at the Mall of America, it has more than 300 stores! Overall, this is by far is a wonderful place to live, tour and vacation. Read Less
