Richmond KY is one of the best places to live if you have kids and want to engage in lots of fun-friendly activities. The city also has lots of historic sites, so there are plenty of options when friends and family come visit.

If you love being outdoors, Baldwin Farms is a wonderful attraction. Fresh produce is offered each season and your kids will love activities like going to the pumpkin patch or picking apples. The White Hall State Historic is a fun and educational destination that showcases the rich history of the city. The site was once the home of Cassius Marcellus Clay, a 19th century abolitionist and politician. The tour is very informative can make your time in Richmond even more memorable.

When you want to see a play or live show, check out the schedule for EKU Center for the Arts. A number of plays that have debuted on Broadway have also been featured there, so you're sure to find something you'll love.
