      Although Vancouver has one of the highest rental rates in the country, you’ll find that rent is significantly lower in nearby Richmond. The historic Stevenson area is one of the prime pieces of real estate in the country. For those with a more modest budget, the Quilchena neighbourhood has a number of new developments with parks and golf courses that offer facilities for quintessential suburban living. Lifestyle costs in comparably lower than in the city so you’ll be able to save while still having easy access to all the amenities that big city life offers. Richmond has a reliable and well-connected transit system that offers several bus and train services within Richmond and the greater Vancouver area.

      Because Richmond has such a diverse multicultural population, you will have no dearth of cuisines to pick from for any given meal.
