Ramsey, MN: Nice City But Few Amenities

Living in Ramsey is ok in some ways, but lacking in others. The enjoyable part of it is that it is a small, peaceful city that isn't too busy or hectic. It's well suited for older generations or people that aren't big into an urban lifestyle. On the downside, there isn't much to do here in Ramsey. If you need to go shopping or like to go to dinner often, you won't find many opportunities for that here.

The best area in Ramsey is Elmcrest Park, in my opinion. I visit there with my dog frequently and it's a very relaxing park. If you're coming to Ramsey without a job lined up, you'll want to do your homework before you get here because there aren't many great jobs available, simply because it's a pretty small town. It's a good place if you want to raise a family though since the local school system seems to be decent.
