The nice thing about living out in Quartz Hill, is that when compared to Los Angeles or even Valencia, home prices are significantly cheaper. There is also a good-sized mall with big box department stores as well as other popular stores.
In my opinion, there are two major problems with Quartz Hill. The biggest problem with Quartz Hill, as well as the surrounding area, is that there is a large California State Prison nearby.
