Prosper, Texas is a community that is worth the drive from where ever you are. Once a well kept secret is now a town that is flourishing with new development and families that are all bringing out the best of the Town. Overseen by caring city council leaders, Prosper is being taken into the future with great thoughtfullness. Prosper is a diverse community that has no dividing lines between cultures or financial status. Whether you are interested in moving to Prosper as a family or as a business, the only question that you will ask yourself is, "Why didn't I do this sooner?" With easy access to the Dallas North Tollway, you have the privledge of living in the country while having only a short drive into the city for work. With new road improvements on Preston Rd, the major road running through Prosper, residents and business owners will soon have an easy commute to and from the area. Prosper is safe and an ideal community to raise a young family in. We have lived in Prosper for 17 years and there isn't anything that would make me leave this community. The schools, the safety, the city leaders, city employees and new business development have all worked well with each other and have worked only for what is best for the residents. Prosper is a wonderful place to live and work.

The only thing that continues to concern me are the tornados. Coming from the east coast where we have had some bad hurricanes recently. …
