Today is a one-star day for the water office although the when I called about new service last week Kelly was helpful and polite. Today I have been calling for over two hours and have not yet had anyone answer. All I have is a simple question about my new service. Is the water office that busy on the 12th of the month? How nice would it be if I could leave a number for a call-back?
