Non-corporate Haven Full of Natural Beauty and Diversity User Rating 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( Mar 24, 2019) This little town jutting out on peninsula with the ocean on one side and the Bay on the other is a magic paradise full of birds, wildlife, an amazing diversity of habitats, old-growth forest trails, sandy beaches, nature preserves, the best razor clam digging, perch fishing, crab ...Read More bing, duck hunting, and water recreation. The town has 23 miles of interconnected freshwater canals to explore and play in kayaks, canoes, or motor boats. There are lots of community parks, a recreation facility with an indoor pool, and outdoor heated outdoor pool, tons of nature walks, amazing art classes and art galleries, yoga, quaint local cafes and shops, and a warm, welcoming smile from all the locals. For a more constructed entertainment, the town center boasts a movie theater, bowling alley, horse-rides on the beach, go-carts, bumper boats, video arcade, and more. Read Less

Works hard to come by in town .. Or in Grays Harbor. But if you don't mind a commute then this is the place for you! Small friendly mostly made up of old money. ...Read More Lacks computer/hardware/electronic type stores the biggest store is IGA which is over priced. But other then that great place to Vacation.
