Living in Oak Park, California means that we can easily commute into Los Angeles if we need to, but this local community actually provides us with everything that we need. From great schools to shopping area ...Read More s, they can all be found here in Oak Park.

The local area is very diverse. The huge downside of living here is that the housing prices are crazy high, but that is basically for any area around here. We are currently renting a 2-bedroom house and are paying a little less than 2,000 a month. Crime directly in this area is very low compared to other areas close by.

The best areas in Oak Park, California are the multiple parks and hiking trails located in the area. This place is wonderful if you enjoy staying active. The local school system is also wonderful. It is a very respected school system and the students who come from the local high school always have great opportunities afforded to them. Read Less
