Northlake is a City of Friendly People 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I've enjoyed living in Northlake Illinois for my entire life and cherish the small-town climate. The great amenities are great here. Northlake has strong academics for quality education. It is one of the better schools in Illinois. The criminal activity is low due to a police pre ...Read More sence. The weather is nice in the summertime but the winters are hard.

The best areas in Northlake are around River Forest Golf Club where there are great neighborhoods with people who enjoy spending time with each other and relationships can be fostered to create a genuine community here. Northlake has a lot of nice parks including the Sky Zone Trampoline Park and Franklin Park. Northlake has all the restaurants, stores, and other retail establishments needed to live comfortably in this small town and if you live here you know that there's nothing that you could ever need or want that you can't find here. If you're looking for a small town laid-back atmosphere to call home and raise your family Northlake would be a great option for you. Read Less
