Nonexistant 3 rating By Jackalope123 ( Jul 12, 2015) After extensive research, I have come to the conclusion that this is at best a neighborhood or gated community. Do not get your hopes up over this overblown fake Utopia. Do your own research, but there is just as much information on "Area 51" out there than there is about this no ...Read More nexistent town. There is a legitimate "Northchase" is the Wilmington area of NC but good luck living there without getting robbed. This http://www.bestplaces.net/city/north_carolina/northchase is a link to the real Northchase.... Let's say "community". I would advise looking the Wilmington area up before you decide to move there. Oh and if you do decide to try and find this elusive suburb of Charlotte allow me to save you the trouble of looking up Charlotte's ratings; Crime is a D, employment is a C, and as one reviewer puts it "I have lived in Charlotte for just over 8 years. There is nothing good to say about this incompetently run hillbilly town". Not to be facetious, but couldn't you do a little better? Read Less
