I for one feel as though the close proximity of I35 allows for easy travel and always makes for an easy travel plan. I think the city has plenty in terms of entertainment, I mean I've never had a boring weekend out on the town. I do enjoy time at the Rock It Man Entertainment over on Bent Tree Hills.
All in all, New Brighton means the world to those who can appreciate it. I know of many who have tried a few of those new pop up coffee shops and have been pleased with the quality of the brew. Stop by and check it out for yourself, you will appreciate its beauty.
