Don’t let this city’s historical foundation fool you because there’s a bunch of even cooler things in this city to see and do. Downtown Mount Vernon is best known for its annual Tulip Festival Street Fair, which is apart of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. Such a fun place to live with a ton of people to meet and befriend!
This wonderful city is filled with over 31,000 different people for you to meet and talk with. You’ll never get bored seeing a new face everyday. Conversation is easy and everyone you pass by on the street is incredibly friendly. I’m so incredibly glad I moved here a few months ago to become apart of such an amazing city.
