The community is kind, and living in Moorhead, it isn't all that hard to find a decent paying career. With my first child due to arrive later this year, having a stable source of income really matters.
The best areas to spend your time in the city are probably our museums. When I first moved here, I didn't realize the rich history of the town. My favorite is the Rourke Art Museum, though I also really love visiting the Comstock House, our very own haunted house that makes me shiver every time I go. Moorhead has it all; fine arts, good food, kind people, and even a few ghosts.
