How to Have a Great Vacation in Montrose, CO 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) Montrose is filled with cultural events that will make your vacation fulfilling. There are also plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature with family and friends while you're in the city.

The Ute Indian Museum has beautiful exhibits that show you how the Ute Native Americans live ...Read More d when they were the main inhabitants of the Montrose area. Ute Trail is also in the area and is one of the best places to go hiking. You can also visit Museum of the Mountain West to learn more about Native American and Colorado culture.

The Montrose Water Sports Park is an attraction everyone in the family can participate in. You'll be in a natural setting while you enjoy water games or a relaxing swim. The Montrose Botanic Gardens is another beautiful place to enjoy local nature, and you'll get detailed information about the beautiful flowers and trees that grow there.
