My family and I live in Monticello, Minnesota and we absolutely love living in Monticello, Minnesota. This community is a small town and everyone seems to know everybody. If you have a flat tire on the side of the road, without a doubt two or three people will stop to help.

The Mississippi River runs through the heart of town and this provides more recreational opportunities. The city currently owns and maintains more than 25 parks.
The downtown area of Monticello is a quaint area to explore. There are shopping opportunities throughout the city from quaint boutiques to larger chain stores. If you love Target, then you will be happy to know that not only do we have a Target store, but it also has a Starbucks inside of it! The schools are great, there are multiple employment opportunities, and the housing prices are reasonable. This is just a great place to call home.
