Mobile, Alabama, is a beautiful Southern community especially when the azaleas are in bloom. It is the third largest city in Alabama and serves as the county seat of Mobile County. Approximately 412,000 residents depend on Mobile Bay to provide many jobs along with delicious catfish. The oldest Mardi Gras celebration in the United States occurs in this community that is known as one of the cultural capitals of the United States. The community has many historic neighborhoods with gorgeous mansions as the city was first founded in 1701. This community is extremely diverse. Residents can enjoy viewing French, Spanish, Creole, African and Catholic landmarks around the town.
