Small friendly Borough that is very walkable. User Rating 4.5 rating By Mazula ( Nov 29, 2012) The amenity rankings that attributed to the Livability Score for Millersville are not very accurate. The Borough has a very nice grocery store, coffee shops, specialty shops, an elementary school, a high school, Millersville University, Parks, a Library, access to public transit ...Read More , and a variety of entertainment offerings. The University is a great venue for entertainment offerings as is the high school, plus there is a movie theatre.

The Borough's Freedom Park offers a walking trail, skate board park, playground, and pavilions.

Overall, the Borough is a walkable community that offers pleasant and safe neighborhoods, hosts a variety of community events from parades to sponsored races, has a great sense of community pride, has a good mix of stores, restaurants, parks, and other community facilities. Read Less
