Living in McFarland, CA was an interesting time for me and my family while we lived here. I am from a busy city San Jose, CA and we are use to a lot of tall buildings, restaurants and just plain business. This city has a ton of industrial and agriculture going on. I would not recommend this city for someone trying to make a six figure income in the tech world. The one thing that is good about this place is that the cost of living is pretty cheap. If you are looking for a cheap place to live and a big home, this may be the city for you.

The best places in McFarland, CA is downtown because of all of the restaurant choices you have. To be honest, this city does not really have a lot of entertainment locations or restaurants, but if you were to live here, downtown would probably help meet that need halfway. Maria’s Pizza on 2nd Street was a good pizza place with decent prices.
