Mascoutah School System 0.5 rating By Anonymous ( Sep 05, 2018) School system gets >$10M per year from the Federal Impact Aid received for military children from Scott AFB attending these schools. *BEWARE* There's no advantages for military families, parent pay all the required fees, pay for lunch, and still get a poor education.I'm sure the ...Read More O'Fallon school district is the same. With high taxes and additional school fees in Illinois, I wish we could have moved to Missouri. Read Less
