Living in Maryville has been a great experience for my family and I. We moved to the city from Georgia in 2014 when I got a promotion and we decided to buy a house. What we instantly fell in love with was the peaceful vibe the city gives. We live near Sam Houston Elementary where my kids attend and so far they have not had any problems, the teachers and community are nice.
The city has enough shopping centers, but it’s not overcrowded like other where we lived before. Commuting is easy as there’s few traffic and many highways that connect nearby. Overall I would definitely recommend Maryville to anyone.
We consider this to be one of the best areas in Tennessee. I personally haven’t really witnessed any crime in the three years I’ve been here and hope it stays that way. If you’re thinking of moving to the area be aware that housing is not cheap.

Arcade in MaryvilleI was thinking about starting an arcade in Maryville TN. I didn't know if it would be worth spending the money to try it. So my question is would it be something the area could need and benefit from or would I be wasting my time and money ?
