Marshall, Minnesota is a small family oriented town just three hours from twin cities. The layout is unique, it has a country and city atmosphere. The economy is blooming and unemployment is down 3.6% with job growth steadily increasing. The average salary in this area is around $47,100 with its highest salary being around $70,000.
Summers here are fair; the humidity can be annoying at times. Nevertheless, the fall weather is just amazing the colorful leaves bring the city alive. Since I lived here, I have never seen the temperature rise past 83". There is occasional rainfall and cold winters.
Minnesota is favorable for its golf courses, state parks, restaurants, museums and beaches. One of my favorite places is the Marshall Aquatic Center, I visit from time to time to swim and have fun and the Independence Park, I visit every morning for my jogging exercise. There are so many amenities and things to do in this city, you will lose count.
