Maltby has low crime rates. In my view, the neighbourhoods are safe. I have not encountered burglary yet. People are kind and friendly. When a crime occurs, the police are quick to respond. It is a right place for a family to live.

The weather is not extreme. It is diverse. One day it is rainy, and sunny on another. The high graduation rates contribute to high-income capita in Maltby town. The fresh graduates get jobs immediately after they graduate. The cost of living is higher than the national average, and the amenities are scarce.
