Pretty Nice Place 4 rating By Anonymous ( Oct 16, 2018) In West Hills, you are close to all of your shopping and service needs. It's usually pretty quiet except on Fourth of July night. Mail and package theft is a problem. The average summer temperature is more like 92F. It rains just about never. I would give the weather a C-. ...Read More Yards are neat and there isn't much litter. I've heard that the police response time is very slow. Read Less
