Welcome to North Hills, CA 5 rating By Anonymous ( Sep 25, 2012) Located in the San Fernando Valley area of the city of Los Angeles, the beautiful community of North Hills is one of the oldest such communities in the Valley. Raised in the city of Los Angeles, I received my college studies in the nearby community of Northridge, met my wife here ...Read More , and have been here ever since. For those who plan to relocate to the state of California, or those like myself who grew up not 15 minutes away, North Hills is the ideal community.

Absolutely perfect for raising a family, the prime location that North Hills occupies will not only provide the necessities which successfully raising a family requires, but is also well within range of all that Southern California has to offer. The school system is one of the very best in the country, ensuring that my daughters are receiving the proper scholastic attention and education possible. Unless they choose to go elsewhere, it is highly likely that my girls will receive their secondary education here as well, following in their parent's footsteps.

There is never a shortage of places to do the grocery shopping, as the local market is just a two minute drive away, with additional locations not much further. During those instances where shopping of a different sort is needed, the Northridge Mall is nearby. For a change of pace we have the option of driving to our choice from over 20 different malls in the Los Angeles area. The nightlife here is subdued and tailored to the overall atmosphere, which is very family oriented and child friendly. There is no limit to the romantic choices laying at your doorstep on date night, whether you decide to drive into the city, enjoy one of many excellent local establishments or take a 15 minute drive to the coast. Visitors have often said that to return home each night to North Hills must seem like a vacation in and of itself, and I am hard pressed to disagree with their estimation. I readily encourage anyone seeking the perfect community to raise a family to visit North Hills. Like me, you may never leave.
