The Board of Overlook is such bull crap. Old ladies with nothing better to do — their husbands didn’t just pass away, they probably jumped just to get away from them. Now they sit there desperate to feel powerful, acting like they’re on top of everyone, harassing young wome ...Read More
n over absolutely nothing. Peggy Taylor and Beverly have called me a prostitute, a hooker, and said my dancing is “seductive.” They don’t even refer to me by my real name, probably because deep down they don’t even know it. Back in 2022, they were already targeting me just because I wore bikinis at the pool — giving me nasty looks like it was a crime to be young and confident. Excuse me? You had your own time in the 1940s, why are you coming for me? In 2023, another saggy old lady named Barbara decided to jump in. I was playing my music, and instead of politely asking me to turn it down, she screamed at me: “Shut that off, I can’t hear her!” No respect, no manners. So I clapped back and said, “You shouldn’t be complaining — my grandmother can’t shut off the loud missiles.” And this woman actually laughed about missiles. Who the hell laughs about that? How sick. And now she’s a “monitor”? Please. Nobody really knows the real Barbara — she just hides behind Peggy and Beverly, who are the same old shits. Also in 2023, Beverly thought she had the balls to come up and try to put me down. I told her, “You’re not my grandmother.” And what did she say? That she’s glad she’s not because “my parents did an awful job raising me.” Then she kept going on and on. So I said, “Shut the fuck up.” I don’t want to hear her nonsense. But because Beverly acts like she’s the “principal” of the board or whatever, she banned me. Then they wanted me to write an apology letter. For what? My apology would be my ass — because I don’t give two shits about them. While I was away on vacation, they gossiped about me like they had some kind of control. They even call me “Ella.” Hilarious. I’m not even American, and I could shove my ID in their faces and they’d still call me Ella. American shit. ? Fast forward to this past summer: I was minding my own business, taking photos of myself because I’m confident and love who I am, when I overheard Beverly laughing at me just for taking pictures. Who does that? Why doesn’t she mind her own business? Another time, I was accused of “disrespecting a minor monitor” because I was recording myself at the pool when nobody else was there. That monitor thought I cursed at her, which wasn’t true at all. And on top of that, it was Labor Day weekend, the office was closed, and suddenly I’m banned? No call, no email, no explanation. Completely unprofessional. Then on Sunday, August 31st, I tried to walk into the pool, but Barbara — the saggy old lady herself — stopped me. She literally put her hand up like a stop sign and said, “You are not permitted to enter the pool.” I asked her why, and she refused to give me a reason. Instead, she said, “I don’t think you understood me. You are not permitted to enter.” So she gives my parents some made-up reason but not me? Again — unprofessional. She even asked about my age. That’s none of her business. These women don’t listen, they don’t act like adults, and they sure as hell don’t run anything with professionalism. They’re just bitter, controlling, obsessed old ladies living off their dead husbands’ money. Honestly, I’m surprised anyone in Overlook actually votes for them — they don’t help shit.
