Linthicum, MD: There Are Better Places in Maryland 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) With a crime rate that is growing by leaps and bounds, neighborhoods that are turning into slums overnight, a failing school system, and residents who couldn't care less about any of the above, Linthicum, Maryland is not a place I can recommend either to visit or to live. After l ...Read More iving in Linthicum for about 18 months now it is sad for me to say that I cannot find anything positive to say about this area anymore. I used to feel that it was one of the best areas in this part of the state, but that has changed drastically. If you're considering a move to Linthicum let me strongly advise you against it.

If you do find yourself in the Linthicum vicinity, do yourself a favor and stay as occupied as possible. Check out Game Truck Howard County for some unique mobile gaming, laser tag, and other activities, relax and enjoy a tour with Watermark Cruises, and definitely check out Terrapin Adventures for some rafting or kayaking fun or to take on one of their challenge courses.
