I love visiting the city of Leavenworth, Kansas. The city has a small town feel, but this city is not to far from access of the busy city. Simply put, its a great city.

The families range from young to old and the housing market is affordable and the homes are great quality. Military history is the basis of this city. It is neat how kids and families can learn the history when attractions are visited. The military museums and the cemetery keep the city a great tourist attractions.

The shops are smaller, but the feel of the cafe's create a homey atmosphere. Its a great time to catch up with the neighbors and the other town folk. Downtown feels like a historic city with the amenities of the current everyday life.

Leavenworth Kansas is a great place to enjoy a small town atmosphere with the big city life close. Its a great place to be and enjoy a quiet lifestyle!!
