This suburban area is not too heavily populated, with most of its residents being homeowners. Living in Lakeland North is a beautiful experience, we have great weather, lots of rain to keep the ...Read More trees healthy. Summers can get warm sometimes, lots of humidity and sunny skies, but it complements the seasons! The housing market is steadily growing south of Seattle as well. Due to the recent influx of people moving out of the city down as far as Tacoma, certain neighborhoods in Lakeland North have seen many new faces in recent years.

The best areas in Lakeland North to find food and drink are located a little outside of the town, closer to the I-5 freeway in Federal Way, a nearby city. Lakeland North is a short 20-minute drive away from SeaTac International Airport, and about a 30-minute drive from downtown Seattle. Come check out our little town if city life is getting too expensive for you! Read Less
