IT IS THE MOST RACIALLY ABUSIVE HOSTILE LIVING SITUATION YOU CAN IMAGINE . YOU WILL BE AT THE MERCY OF THE H.O.A. BOARD OF DIRECTORS . THE M ...Read More ANAGING AGENT IS NO HELP SHE IS ONLY THERE TO PROTECT THE BOARD MEMBERS .THE BOARD MEMBERS OF THE LAGUNA KNOWLS H.O.A. WILL SELECTIVELY TARGET YOU AND SELECTIVELY ENFORCE IT'S RULES AND REGULATIONS DEPENDING ON IF THEY DECIDE YOU BELONG LIVING IN THEIR COMMUNITY . THE NEXT THING I HEARD WAS BURT DIRSKE ( THE PRESIDENT OF THE H.O.A. ) WITH A SMIRK ON HIS FACE TELLING ME '' PEOPLE LIKE YOU DO NOT BELONG LIVING HERE , YOU WILL NOT LIKE LIVING HERE AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD CONSIDER MOVING '' . MY NAME IS SERGIO ORTIZ AND I HAPPEN TO BE HISPANIC SO I THOUGHT HE WAS WAY OUT OF LINE AND TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME INTO LEAVING THE NEIGHBORHOOD . WHEN I SHOWED THEM PHOTOS OF THE NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET DOING THE SAME AS I AM DOING THE H.O.A. BOARD'S AWNSER WAS THAT WHEN HE BOUGHT THE HOUSE THE REAL EATATE AGENT PROMISED HIM HE COULD PARK HIS CAR THERE SO IT'S OK FOR HIM AND NOT OK FOR ME . AND THEY BASICALLY JUST LAUGHED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO GO AWAY . WHEN I MADE FURTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT OTHER CARS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING IN THE SAME WAY THEY JUST IGNORED ME , WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT DOGS WANDERING THE NEIGHBORHOOD OFF LEASH THEY IGNORED ME WHEN A DOG RAN THREW MY GARAGE AND INTO MY HOUSE WITH THE OWNER YELLING OUTSIDE ON THE STREET I WAS FORCED TO ENTER MY HOUSE , CAPTURE THE DOG TO THROW HIM OUT . I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGEMENT CO. THEY JUST IGNORED ME SO I CALLED ANIMAL SERVICES . THE BOARD THEN RETALIATED AGAINST ME AND I HAD THE ANIMAL OWNER CONFRONT ME ABOUT WHY I HAD TURNED HIM IN AND THEN SOME HACK LAWYER SENDS ME A CEASE AND DESIST LETTER . SO I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CHANGE YOUR MINDS BECAUSE LIKE BURT SAID '' YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY LIVING HERE '' . BURT IS A FILTHY RACIEST AND THE REST OF THEM ARE NOT FAR BEHIND . Read Less

This quiet city lies just minutes from the coast among lush hills and canyons. I've lived in the area for most of my life, but I'm still amazed that there are new places I have ...Read More yet to explore, including hiking and biking trails, restaurants, shops, and a new city hall currently under construction. Laguna Niguel's many parks and acclaimed schools make it perfect for families.

Visitors may have a hard time finding lodging, but local cities, such as Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach and Dana Point, are close and offer a variety of hotels. Nightlife in Laguna Niguel is hard to find in the city itself, unless you're content with a good movie or restaurant. If live music and dancing are your thing, you may want to visit Laguna Beach, just 10 minutes southwest, or travel further north to Newport Beach.

Overall, I love how close I am to everything, whether it's the Laguna Niguel Regional Park with its own fishing lake, Mann's movie theater showing the latest independent movies, the gorgeous blue-green water at our beaches, or Trader Joes for a basket of blueberries. Personally, Marios By the Sea is a favorite eating spot with consistently delicious Italian meals and a family feel. Laguna Niguel offers something for everyone. Read Less
