Lafayette - A Beautiful & Exciting Town 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 14, 2018) Lafayette is a beautiful town in Colorado, northeast of Superior. When you get up towards the Rocky Mountains there are truly some of the most breath-taking towns and the sunsets are worth more than a thousand words. Lafayette is one of the best places I have ever lived. The popu ...Read More lation in Lafayette comes at about 130,000 people, however, when in town you feel more as if you’re in a smaller town rather than a large city.

There are many things to do while in Lafayette. Festivals and parades happen frequently and brings everyone together on top of helping promote local and small businesses. Plus, there is a variety of different lakes available to go swimming, fishing, and take small boats out on or jet skis. For those who want to enjoy the scenes in town there are outdoor shopping centers, tons of small family owned businesses and restaurants. And for those who have children there is the WOW! Museum, good schools, a wildlife habitat, trails to walk, skate parks, recreation centers and more. Read Less
