La Junta Colorado is a bad place to live. That is why everyone shops out of the area or has moved from here. City is like a bad homeowners association trying to bully it's citizens to comply when we have a bunch of vacant run down buildings & houses that people see driving highway 50 all of the time. A bunch of lip servece in how the city is growing when in fact this place has been dead for more then 8 yesrs. A city that lost a bunch of retail but make up for it on their utilities they charge for.
