La Crescenta-Montrose: Perfect For Families! 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) I moved to La Crescenta-Montrose two years ago with my family. Though we were looking for something a little cheaper, this area was the only one that was safe enough and had good enough schools for us to feel comfortable moving to.

All the homes that we looked at buying were c ...Read More lose enough to the major cafes and restaurants that this city has to offer. There are some bars like Up The Hill that are fun, but not really much to do after 9 PM. To be honest, this isn't a huge deal. Most of the best areas in La Crescenta-Montrose are the ones that you can get dinner or lunch at, night life isn't that important to me.

Overall, living in La Crescenta-Montrose has been an amazing experience. I feel safe no matter what time of day, I know my kids are getting a good education, and the sun is practically always shining. This is the perfect area for families. Read Less
