Many professionals without children are also moving here as well. The crime rate is very low. .The price of homes continues to rise and for good reason. Freeways surround the city to easy commutes everywhere. Downtown is 30 minutes with low traffic. Hollywood, Dodger Stadium and the Rose Bowl are also close by. La Canada Flintridge has amazing homes and plenty of lands. The prices of the homes are a reflection of the quality of life being lived in the city. The city is very wealthy and is a place of high quality. The population is mostly made up of Caucasians with married households. The are many activities accessible to the locals of the city. The drive to the beach is about an hour, a hike on the mountain is close by. There are some great local parks for outdoor activities, plenty restaurants in town and For a more sparkling night, the commute to Downtown Los Angeles is fairly quick and easy.
