Because of all the rain, all construction or outdoor labor jobs are not a dependable source of income. This is the best way to live in this area. -Community is 3 stars-life long friends but lots of drama and drugs, sometimes the bad outweighs the good.-Crime rate is 2 stars- there is a lot of unreported crime and shady deals in unlight streets.
