I personally have a thing for Kaysville, UT. As far as the crime and the education is concerned, this is one of the better cities to live in for safety and a quality public school system. Crime in this city is 60% lower on a national scale and average tests scores earned by stude ...Read More
nts in the city are over 10% higher than the national average. So, if you're looking to raise your kids in a safe city, with an effective educational system, this one is spot on.
When it comes to the cost of living, you may want to make sure your yearly income is roughly $85,000 per year. The cost of living percentage in this city is 8% higher than the national average. Grocery shopping can be a little steep and housing can be a lot steep, but it's well worth it for the quality of safety and educational experiences you're to get for the sake of raising a family. Beside Kaysville, UT, some of the other areas nearby [withing 20 miles] in which to consider living, for the same type of quality, are Farmington; Yalecrest, Salt Lake City; and East Bench, Salt Lake City.
Kaysville is a small city, with not too many attractions, with a population of 30,000, but it is just 15 miles outside of Salt Lake, City, definitely a city which includes many fun and interesting attractions for everyone within the family. The restaurants here are pretty amazing; definitely an inclusion of many excellent food choices for the entire family. I personally enjoy, The World's Best Corn Dogs and for desert I'll have, Tasty's Donuts [located on N. Main st.}.
