Johnson City (often called JC) is a horrible place to be. There is such a high crime rate - it’s ridiculous. The other review that says this place is nice must not be here frequently. Yeah, there is one nice park, but what else? You can’t do that every day. I would never live ...Read More
here. Maybe Endwell if I really needed to live in this area. There are no jobs, seriously. Businesses keep leaving. Even our tiny mall is running out of stores, as Macy’s, Sears, and Bon-Ton all left. I couldn’t even imagine owning a business here, as I often see new businesses appear and then go out of business within a year. Makes me feel bad. Very gloomy place to be. HORRIBLE hospitals. Seriously, this place is awful, but if you are sick or ever get sick, this is the last place I would want to be. Misdiagnoses everywhere. A man I met had his leg amputated due to a misdiagnosis at the local hospital (Lourdes). Turns out, he didn’t need his leg removed. But the doctors don’t care, of course. Johnson City is just like neighboring city Binghamton (read Binghamton’s reviews for even more disappointment). Don’t come here if you want to be successful, happy, healthy, and/or safe.
