are truly "Minnesota Nice" (down to earth, polite and sincere). Cost of living is currently quite reasonable. Beautiful nature, excellent fishing, and awesome snowmobile paradise to top it off! Hope to retire here within the next few years. - JP Jones - Erie, PA
